Twenty years in the market, before a single online class was ever taught.
Deepak Kevadia founded Chart Code as a small, in-person stock market training institute in Boisar, Palghar district — teaching students from the Dahanu-to-Virar corridor how to read charts, manage risk, and think like traders. NISM and BSE certified, with more than 20 years of hands-on market experience across equities, derivatives, commodities, and global indices, he built his teaching approach the same way he built his trading approach: through direct, practical experience — not theory alone.
That in-person classroom also runs today as a co-branded partnership program, Shakti Market Mastery, delivered together with Shakti Investments at their Chinchani location — giving students in that stretch of Palghar district two physical touchpoints to learn from, alongside the fully live online batches taught nationwide under Chart Code Online.
Chart Code Online exists because that same classroom shouldn't be limited by geography. A student in Bangalore or Kolkata deserves the same live, direct access to a mentor as a student sitting in the Boisar classroom — the same screen-shared chart analysis, the same ability to ask a question and get answered in real time, the same WhatsApp line when a doubt comes up at 11pm.
What hasn't changed is who's teaching. Every live batch — MarketEdge Pro, Apex Trader, or Global Edge Trader — is taught directly by Deepak, not handed off to a rotating cast of junior trainers. Two decades of trading through market cycles, corrections, and rallies means the lessons come from lived experience, not a slide deck. That experience spans Indian equities and Futures & Options, and — more recently — Gold, Forex, and Crypto, giving students a genuinely multi-asset perspective rather than a single-market view.
Certified under the National Institute of Securities Markets, the SEBI-established body for market education standards, through the NISM-Series-VIII Equity Derivatives Certification.
Holds a BSE Certificate on Financial Markets from the Bombay Stock Exchange Training Institute, backing classroom teaching with recognised exchange-level credentials.
Two decades of active trading across equities, F&O, and — more recently — Gold, Forex, and Crypto markets, carried directly into how every class is taught.
From a SEBI-mandated professional certification through to ongoing financial-literacy participation — credentials that back up classroom teaching with something checkable.

SEBI-mandated certification under the NISM (Certification of Associated Persons in the Securities Markets) Regulations, 2007. Passed April 2024, valid through April 2027.

Certification on Securities Markets, conducted by the BSE Training Institute at the Bombay Stock Exchange — one of the earliest formal credentials in Deepak's market education.

Certificate of Participation issued jointly by SEBI and NISM for successfully completing the Investor Awareness Test, reinforcing a grounding in investor protection fundamentals.

Certificate of Participation in the National Financial Literacy Quiz 2026 (Online Round), reflecting continued, active engagement with financial education beyond the classroom.
No slide-only theory. Every class connects a concept directly to a live or recent chart, so students learn to think in real market conditions — not just recall definitions. Questions are answered on the spot, and if there's no time in class, they're answered directly on WhatsApp afterward.
This is deliberate: markets don't behave like a textbook example, and a trader who has only ever seen clean, idealized chart patterns in a slide deck struggles the first time a real trade doesn't go to plan. By teaching on live and recent data — through corrections, rallies, and everything in between — students build the pattern-recognition and risk instincts that hold up once they're trading with their own capital, not just following along in class.
WhatsApp Deepak Sir directly with any question — about a course, a batch, or the market itself.
